How long is my RaceTaxi voucher valid?
According to German law, our vouchers are valid for 36 months from purchase.
How do I get the voucher?
When making a purchase, you can choose whether you want to receive the voucher as a print @home ticket or as a hard ticket.
The print @home ticket will be sent to you in PDF format to the specified email address shortly after you have completed your order. You can then simply print it out and give it away directly. If you ordered the voucher as a hard ticket, shipping takes approx. 5 working days after receipt of the order.
How can the recipient redeem the voucher?
The individual voucher code is on the voucher. The recipient therefore selects their preferred date on our website and enters the received code in the corresponding field during the payment process. The value of the voucher is then offset against the total amount.
Why is my voucher 10€ more expensive than the RaceTaxi ride?
When booking a RaceTaxi ride online, there are system fees, which are also covered by the increased voucher and the recipient does not have to pay anything more. Of course, this does not apply to vouchers such as €50 or €100.
Can someone else redeem my voucher?
Yes, the voucher is transferable to another person.
